Refund & Exchange Policy

At Maison Aurelia, we take pride in the quality and care behind each piece. To maintain our standards, we do not offer returns or refunds. We are pleased to offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

  • The item has not been damaged, altered, or affected by misuse

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories and personal-use items

  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-order pieces

  • Any item showing signs of wear, scent, stains, or damage

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will carefully review the matter and provide the appropriate assistance.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • Your preferred replacement size or item

Once your request is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition. Exchange requests are subject to product availability, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item passes inspection

  • If your requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered

  • Maison Aurelia reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above
